Class is designed to introduce new students to the movement and basic philosophy of the Love.Movement.Flow. It consists of a shortened Beginner Level workout followed by technical pole instructions. Students will see the instructor demo an upper level free-dance, including movements and tricks from all levels of the curriculum, allowing you to see what’s possible by taking the Love.Movement.Flow journey through Advanced Levels.
You'll start your Beginner Level class with a slow and sexy work-out. After your work-out you will move on to technical pole, strip-tease, lap dance and a routine - all designed to get you in touch with your inner (and outer!) sexy self! *We highly suggest that students stay in Level 1/2 for anywhere between 8 to 16 weeks before moving into an intermediate class.
Our 2 hour Int/Adv Level classes are for our practitioners who have been coming to Haus of Embodiment for a year or more (some for more than a decade!) Through the use of advanced teaching tools, playful assignments, energy play, Love.Movement.Flow philosophy, students in upper levels connect to their emotions through their movement, and learn more about their body's truth.
This hour and a half long class consists of a shortened Love.Movement.Flow signature work-out followed by technical pole instruction, and exploring how your body likes to flow in and out of pole tricks. It's a mix of technical pole, body music tasting, and connecting to how your body desires to move with the pole.
This 1 1/2 hour class will start you off with a short meditation, leading you into our delicious workout where you're encouraged to let go, explore and find all that brings you the most pleasure and bliss. Once you've journeyed through all the yumminess, we will send you off with a closing meditation . All this while harmonizing and vibrating with the setting sun, right into the moonlight. Whether you are brand new to Love.Movement.Flow or have been with us for years, this class is for you.
*Cancellation Policy - You must cancel at least 3 hours prior to the start of class or you forfeit your class credit. Please Note: Late arrivals to in person classes past the 10 minute window will not be admitted and your class credit will be forfeited.
